Digital products
Orders that are paid online are completed instantly, so they cannot be cancelled after payment — please see the Refund Policy. A UPI/bank transfer order that is still “Pending” can be cancelled any time before you pay: just do not complete the payment, or ask us to cancel it.
Services & custom projects
You can cancel a service project before work starts for a full refund of any advance. After work has started, the advance covers the work completed so far; the unused part is refunded.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is withdrawn. Any amount paid is then refunded in full.
