How do I download my product after purchase?
Right after payment you can download your files from My Account → Downloads. We also email you a link.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Depending on your country: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via our secure payment partners, or bank transfer.
What does the license cover?
A Regular License lets you use the product on one website (one end product). Buy one license per site.
Do you provide support and updates?
Yes. Every product includes free updates and support from the team that built it. Open a request from your account.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital products can be downloaded instantly, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy — for example if a product is broken and we cannot fix it.
Can you customise a product or build something new?
